The NYR scored a touchdown (and converted the extra point) while only giving up a safety last night at le Centre Belle, completing a short two game sweep of Canadian teams.

The game was over for all intents half way through the first period which would see the Rangers up 4-0. Though Suzuki would score the next two for our northern neighbors, the Rangers would add three more. Granted, Montreal was missing a couple players but this was not a good game on their part.

Ranger captain Jacob Trouba is likely looking at a 2+/- game suspension for a high hit on Justin Barron. Lindgren returned from IR, still sporting a full face guard, as part of the third pair with Mancini.
